By now you all know how much I love and rave about products with natural ingredients. I believe that brands that use natural ingredients are really looking out for their customers and that truly impresses me. Today I am going to talk about a brand that has been in the market for a while now and have been just getting better with every launch of theirs.
Something about the brand
Nyassa has been around for 10 odd years are they quality has only appreciate over the years. This is one brand that has ensured their product quality is always on the incline and they keep launching more innovative products with a variety of natural ingredients and simply divine fragrances. They are a luxurious bath and body products brand that makes the entire daily experience something one would look forward to.
Their philosophy “From Heaven and Earth” is truly laid out through their products that contain amazing ingredients sourced from all over the world with the most heavenly fragrances.
A 100% vegetarian brand, they are cruelty free and have no SLS, SLES or parabens.
The Product & My Experience
- Nyassa Himalayan Pink Salt Rejuvenating Bath Salts
OMG. I can’t tell you how much this product impressed me. To be very honest, at first I thought it is just another tub of bath salts which is of limited use to me as I don’t have a bath tub. I generally love using bath salts to soak my feet after a tiring day but usually don’t keep too high expectations. This product has definitely made me change my expectation levels!
These bath salts contain over 84 minerals and trace elements and come from the famous Kherwa mines in Pakistan. They are believed to be the purest form of salt available and have a unique pinkish colour due to high iron content. This salt helps to maintain the PH balance of the skin and provides a complete detox experience. They also claim that this salt, when used regularly, can help the body easily absorb nutrients and even helps with blood pressure control.
The salts come in a nice big, screw-top tub of 220gms. Though the packaging is average, I would like to see some improvement in their labelling. Being just a paper sticker label at the bottom of the jar, this isn’t easy to store in the bathroom without it getting spoilt.
Price: ₹300 for 220 gms
Though it is a little pricey for a bath salt, I definitely recommend to try it out, as it stands apart from the usual bath salts available in the market and is from a luxurious product brand. This really does help in relieving stress and very often I find myself heading home after a tiring day at work, just looking forward to a good soak with these salts.
- Nyassa Green Apple Handmade soap.
Handmade soaps are the best and I love it even more when they are made with such natural ingredients. This particular variant is made using green apple extracts, cane sugar and shea butter! What more could one expect!
I gotta be honest, I am more of a body wash kinda girl, the reason being I love a scented wash. Well, this soap certainly changed my perception of soap fragrances. Usually a soap smells as nice and strong for the first few days post opening and it dies down. This little baby has been used to it’s halfway point and it’s fragrance still mesmerizes me. With a rich green apple fragrance it totally transforms my bathing experience. And that’s not all! The soap feels amazing. It lathers well and leaves behind fragrant, hydrated, supple skin.
It’s great cause my daughter loves it too and that makes her bath time a little easier on me!
It came packed in an individual plastic wrap encased in a paper label. The kinda rough cut of the soap gives it the perfect handmade feel.
Price: ₹300 for 100 gms
Yes this too is a little on the pricey side but the soap does last a while. It lathers well but doesn’t melt too easily. If kept to dry on a draining soap dish, it stays quite put till it’s next use.
